1. RECRUIT AND SELECT SUITABLE JAPAN INTERNSHIP STUDENTS TO PARTICIPATE IN THE JAPAN INTERNSHIP PROGRAM.

TRAIN AND EDUCATE PROSPECTIVE WORK PRACTICE STUDENTS IN JAPANESE LANGUAGE AS WELL AS INTRODUCTION TO CULTURE, WORK ETHIC, DISCIPLINE AND INDEPENDENCE AND PLACE PROSPECTIVE WORK PRACTICE STUDENTS ACCORDING TO THE NEEDS OF THE RECEIVING COMPANIES IN JAPAN BASED ON THE ABILITIES AND COMPETENCIES OF THE STUDENTS.

3. PREPARE DOCUMENTS AND EVERYTHING NEEDED BY PROSPECTIVE INTERNSHIP STUDENTS FOR THE INTERNSHIP PROCESS IN JAPAN AND DIRECTE THE CAREER DEVELOPMENT OF STUDENTS AFTER THE INTERNSHIP IN JAPAN AND ENSURE THAT INTERNSHIP STUDENTS IN JAPAN ARE ABLE TO USE TECHNOLOGY AND INFORMATION IN THEIR WORK TO ACHIEVE WORK EFFECTIVENESS AND EFFICIENCY.

Internship programs in Japan are work training that aims to develop the performance of workers and introduce them to the work they will do. This program can also help interns to understand Japanese culture.

Here are some things to know about internship programs in Japan:

  • In order to proceed to the next stage, participants must pass an exam held at the end of the first year.

  • The internship program can be extended up to 5 years, if the company and participant agree.

  • Internships in Japan can be done through government or private channels. The government channel offers financial assistance for operational costs, training, and travel.

  • In order to adapt in Japan, interns are required to take Japanese language training for at least 3 months.

  • Minimum of high school/vocational school graduate majoring in automotive engineering, mechanical engineering, building engineering

  • In the first month, interns will undergo a training period or Jisshusei period, which means a period of training while working.

  • In the second to 12th month, participants will be evaluated for their competency.
